Your will (Part 2)

Scriptural passage: Isaiah 30:26

Whoever you are, your will is very powerful and it is great, without your will, nothing can be done. Your will or volition enables you to make decisions and choices that have moral consequences. It is your capacity for action that propels you to choose “this” over “that’’. That is why it is very important to surrender your will unto God so that even though you have a free will, yet God will direct and guide you. Psalm 32:8 says “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go, I will guide you with my eye. For many are the thoughts in the heart of a man, but nevertheless the will of God is the best – (Proverbs 19:21).

Matthew 6:7: Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. This passage is in the Lord’s prayer. God has the overwhelming will, you have a will within the will of God.
The Israelites in the wilderness said they are like grasshoppers, that is what their will is for them and they were destroyed in the wilderness. Do not entertain grasshopper mentality. Your will, will take you to higher ground, to another level. The will of the Lord is being done on earth, are you connected?
Is your will saying within you, it cannot be done, or it is all over for you? Do not give up, surrender your will unto God’s will and His good thoughts will be fulfilled in your life.

Prayer Point: Father, let your good thoughts be fulfilled in Jesus name.
